Developers Connect (DevCon) Philippines in partnership with Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, hosted an iSTART@Philippines event at Exist TechBar last January 29, 2013 filling the venue with company executives, startup founders and developers.
Mr. Winston Damarillo, Founder of DevCon and a serial Filipino technopreneur now based in Silicon Valley graced the event. Mr. Jerry Rapes, President of DevCon and Exist Software Labs was also there to share about the goals and activities of DevCon as a non-profit organization.
Then the iSTART@Philippines team introduced themselves and their company one by one. Most of them mentioned of seeking for opportunities and partnerships with Philippine companies.
With pizzas, buffalo wings, sodas and wine, the night was full with socializing and learning.
