My Bucket List

I am loving Cebu! I think I might consider moving there for awhile just to experience the awesome nature wonders it offers! For summer 2014, Franz and I went to Cebu as the first leg of our Cebu-Leyte-Bohol trip from May 7-13. Our main destination in Cebu is the 1.5hour drive from Cebu City and another hour boat ride to the beautiful islands of Camotes! When we talk of summer, one thing comes to mind: beach!! I’ve been to many beaches but I’m not as excited as this one because I’m finally completing #13 of my bucketlist: SURFING! Yay! I went to Baler, Aurora with Franz and friends Melai, Terence, Abby and Jeff last March30-31. After a 5-hour trip on a Genesis Joy Bus (PHP700), we sent to do some side trips. The second town of our Indochina trip is Phnom Penh in Cambodia. You’ll see a lot of grand and colorful temples, monks and Buddhas.

Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) is where we stayed at in Vietnam. Its a city where many of the major tourist attractions are walking distance from each other! Their traffic is also worth mentioning. With motorcycles outnumbering cars big time on the road, its like a daily motorcade there! During our 3 days stay, we went to Ben Thanh Market, Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, Central Post Office and Notre Dame. We also watched the AO Show. Crossing out 6.12 of my bucket list is Davao City! Yay! This beautiful place is like Manila less the crowd and traffic! I flew to Davao City with Terence and Mike last October 19 for DevCon Project Management Camp (Davao). At NAIA Terminal 2 7AM, we had breakfast and saw local celebrities like Rhian Ramos and Jericho Rosales. Then off to Davao! When we arrived, the sun was scorching hot!
